What Is the Order Processing Policy?
Please allow up to 24 hours for us to process your order before it goes into production.

What Is Your Exchange Policy?
We stand behind our products and service. Because custom items (custom sizes or custom prints) are made just for you, they aren’t eligible for returns or exchanges. Please double-check your measurements before ordering.
For standard screens, only new, unused material can be returned. If you’re not satisfied with a product purchased from Fence1 within the last 30 days, you may send it back in its original packaging and in new, saleable condition (the same condition in which it arrived).
Returns must be shipped within 30 days of receipt. Eligible returns incur a 20% restocking fee, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
What Is the Usual Shipping & Production Time?
Standard orders (no custom sizing): usually ship within 24-48 hours of purchase.
Custom-sized & Custom Print orders: please allow up to 5-7 business days for fabrication.
Transit time: shipping to your location is in addition to the production time above.

What Is the Shipping Policy?
Most small-parcel orders ship with FedEx. Larger, full-truckload shipments go out with trusted common carriers. We don’t require a signature at delivery, and we’re unable to ship to P.O. Boxes due to package size.
Every order includes end-to-end tracking from our warehouse to your address. If a carrier provides delivery confirmation, or if a shipment is delayed by the carrier (including weather or other force-majeure events), we’re not able to issue refunds or free replacements. We’re also not responsible for orders lost due to failed delivery.

How Will Screen Sizing Be Handled?
Our experienced fabrication team is careful to make every screen the size you specify. That said, finished dimensions may vary by ±0.50 inches. This small tolerance is normal and can result from temperature changes that cause materials to expand or shrink.
For added stability, screens taller than 7'8" include a center-binding strip to help prevent bowing.
How Are Custom Printed & Logo Orders Handled?
Fence1 manufactures customer orders in-house using state-of-the-art printing and fabrication equipment. This lets us deliver fast turnaround and tight quality control from coast to coast. Most custom orders ship in within 5-7 business days, depending on size and finishing requests.

What Is Our Policy on Resale Certificate?
FenceScreen does accept authentic resale certificates from any state.
How Are Refunds Handled?
There’s a 20% restocking fee for each item returned for a refund. Custom-sized panels, fabricated to your specified dimensions, can not be returned.
We only accept returns on standard 50' rolls and accessories, and they must be in new, unused condition.
